Monday morning, here we go! One of my favorite things to do at the beginning of each week – especially weeks when I feel a little overwhelmed – is to figure out what I DON’T need I do. It’s amazing how many things can creep in under the ‘must-do’ mask that are actually unnecessary. When I don’t have the time to stop and really analyze what’s necessary and what’s not, I just pitch things out as I go along! Don’t be afraid to stop doing an activity you realize is unnecessary, right in the middle of it.
