Now five months into our itinerant lifestyle of never sleeping in the same place for more than 10 days, sleeping well from the first night on in a new place has become super important. The solution? An #evening #ritual that sets me up for #sleep and remains the same no matter where we go: strong #chamomile tea, an eye mask stashed under my pillow for when the sunlight starts to stream in, earplugs, and #lavender #essentialoil on my pillow and wrists.
